Barack Obama said that the U.S. government would stop letting American companies to create jobs overseas, take deduction on net expenses when they don’t pay any of the American taxes on their profits. He also said they would use the saving to give tax cuts to companies that are investing in research and development in the United States; as a result, they could jump start job creation, faster renovation and unhand Americans competitiveness.
